Chinese mortgage shark busted immediately after raking in B40m

A Chinese man has been arrested in Bangkok for allegedly managing an unlawful on the internet lending organization that produced above 40 million baht in a few months by charging exorbitant desire prices.

The Metropolitan Police Bureau (MPB) introduced the arrest of Jia Liew at a press briefing on Tuesday. He was apprehended at a condominium in Huai Khwang before, mentioned Pol Lt Gen Samran Nuanma, the MPB commissioner.

The commissioner explained Mr Jia instructed law enforcement he managed various on the net applications, one of which was called Cash and Go. He also employed men and women to open up financial institution accounts in order to send loans to buyers and handle related transactions.

The suspect reported he experienced transformed small business profits into electronic or cryptocurrency and wired it to a Chinese financier overseas.  

He has been billed with running a private financial loan business with out authorization and threatening to hurt many others, harming some others or harmful others’ assets.
